Today personal data has grown into a valuable of global economy, which is becoming progressively more data driven. Comprehensive data protection policies are more crucial than ever as people are committing increasingly more of their personal information to digital services and platforms. An extensive structure for the protection of personal data in India is the crucial intent behind the 2023 enactment of the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
