Children, being the most important human resource of a nation, need focused attention in terms of their education, health and safety. A solid foundation of a civilized society cannot be built as long as ignorance and weak will hold sway. Although we can strengthen the foundation of our society by giving proper education to children, the growing disparities in social and economic factors within our society highlight the need to provide free and compulsory education to children, which India has justified by bringing the Right to Education Act 2009.formally recognized.
