Development and Validation of Indonesian Nurses Professors Assessment Tools; Content Validation

Abstract

The profession of health workers such as nurses has always been a concern. The role of nursing professors in Indonesia. Good points are needed, including the potential relevance of the research to address the country's problem in defining the role of the nursing professor, which is needed for a more precise professional direction. The validity of the tools was determined by assessing the validity of the content, using the content validity index (CVI) of 6 experts in the field of nursing. Of the eight instruments to measure the role of nursing professors in Indonesia, after calculating the CVI, there is one instrument that is not valid with a CVI value of 0.81, so it cannot be used to measure the role of nursing professors in Indonesia, the instrument on Services outside the University.
