Objectives: The study aimed to evaluate nurses/midwifes’ knowledge about management of breastfeeding disorders among postpartum women and to evaluate nurses’ / midwifes’ practices about management of breastfeeding disorders among postpartum women. Methodology: The study design is a quasi-experimental design. The study was conducted in Karbala Health Directorate / Maternity & Delivery Teaching Hospital from (June 6 / 2021 to August 25 / 2022). The nonprobability sample (Purposive sample) was selected and included (54) nurses / midwifes. Data were collected using a questionnaire regarding knowledge and practice about managements of breastfeeding disorders among women during lactation.
