Oil countries always attract professional employees in different fields due to clear shortage among these countries’ own people in such fields. This research explores cultural attitude of people in these oil countries joining/studying scientific majors. This investigation is likely to be done by examining three of these countries; namely Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait, attitude related to self-influence, parents influence, and society influence where these cultural variables would affect career path.
