Leadership is a complicated concept in general, however, its implementation is critical, particularly within military organizations. Several people feel that the theory of leadership began with studies of military commanders. Furthermore, empirical research on military leadership has been insufficient in current years. The goal of this paper is to conduct a thorough study of the modern literature on military leadership and learn more about military leadership development programs.
