Food Laws on Implementation of Safety and Standards along with the Regulatory Systems: A Qualitative Investigation

Abstract

Food laws and regulatory authorities are implemented to provide the policies that will facilitate food security and healthy food trade. Various acts and policies have been introduced in India for the systematic and proper working of the industries that are indulged in the processing and manufacturing of food products. In 1955, the Fruit Product order is implemented to set the quality control rules which are mandatory for all industries to facilitate sterile conditions during the assembling process for the development of protected and great nature items.
