The continuous increase in logistics costs greatly affects the competitiveness of industrial businesses. Deciding to decision select a good third party logistics service provider is critical to reducing the cost of an industrial business. The purpose of this study was to investigate guidelines for decision to select use third party logistics service provider to enhance competitiveness in industrial business sectors. The findings would then be used to develop a structural equation model of such guidelines. Both qualitative and quantitative research was conducted.
