This study aims to determine several phenomena in the implementation of technical training programsat the Water Resources and Construction Education and Training Center, i.e. anythingproblems that occurand whatefforts that can be made to overcome these obstacles.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with documentation studies, interviews and observations.
