Abstract

It's common to think of tourism as a global company that contributes effectively to a country's economic growth. The tourism sector relies largely on hotel services as one of the fastest-growing industries ithe a recent decade. Domestic tourists in China brought in $187.5 billion in income in 2010. Outbound tourism is also undergoing an incredible shift. Consequently, the purpose of this essay is to find out how hotel visitors rate the quality of their internet service. By utilizing a conceptual framework that encompasses both theory and conceptualization, this research aims to provide an accurate and reliable way to assess the quality of online hotel service
