Abstract

In this work grounded and formulated fundamentally new bases for determining qualified recruitment in the conditions of modernization of the personnel management system. An important factor, that affects the successful activity of the enterprise, is the properly selected staff. The analysis of qualified recruitment at a modern industrial enterprise is presented. The rational justified need of the enterprise in the personnel is determined. Problems of recruitment of personnel, aged 18-35 years, are determined.
