This research paper shows the importance of using the soft skills of students in general and especially students in the tourism and hotel industry at FPT University in particular. The objective of this study is to systematize and identify factors affecting student satisfaction when studying online. The research method is qualitative research focus group discussion, and quantitative research online surveys.
