Abstract

Purpose of the study: Identifying the role of strategic leadership on organizational creativity in the Commercial and Financial Control Department, as well as shedding light on the level of application of strategic leadership in the Commercial and Financial Control Department. hypotheses of the study: There is a role for strategic leadership represented in (entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, entrepreneurial culture) on organizational creativity in the Commercial and Financial Control Department at the level of statistical significance (0.05), and several. Statistical Methods: a number of statistical methods were used, including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, test and correlation. Study results: the results of the study concluded that the administrative leadership is working to instill a culture of leadership in the Commercial and Financial Control Department.
