Sufficiency economy and value-added processed of community enterprise coconut products to develop the competitive potential of the innovation community in Samut Songkhram Province

Abstract

To create added value and develop the competitiveness of the innovation community in Samut Songkhram Province, this research investigated the Sufficiency Economy Model that affects the sustainable development of supply chain management of the processed coconut product community enterprise. In the research study, quantitative and qualitative approaches were integrated. 480 samples were processed by coconut community enterprise entrepreneurs in Samut Songkhram Province in three districts, namely Mueang District, Amphawa District, and Bang Khonthi District.
