This study aimed to determine the degree of awareness of graduate students in Jordanian universities regarding the importance of using Internet of Things technology in the educational process. The study was conducted during the second semester of the academic year 2022-2021 AD. The survey descriptive approach was used, and the study tool (the questionnaire) consisted of (54) items, distributed on four categories that included (the concept of IoT technology, uses of IoT technology, benefits of IoT technology, and challenges of IoT technology). The study sample consisted of (439) male and female graduate students in Jordanian universities, who were randomly selected.
