This study aimed to measure the degree of satisfaction of faculty members in Jordanian universities towards the use of the video communication application (Zoom) in the educational process during the Corona pandemic. In this study, the researchers adopted the descriptive survey method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (35) items was prepared, which included four fields. The first field was: the general design of the video communication application (Zoom). The second field was: the nature of the use of the video communication application (Zoom). The third field was: communication in the video communication application (Zoom). The fourth field was: attitudes of faculty members towards the application of the video communication application (Zoom).
