The current research aims to identify the effect of the capability maturity model on organizational performance in a sample of continuing education centers in public universities. Based on the novelty of the variables and their importance for centers in universities on the one hand, and society on the other, the applied aspect of this study focused on determining this effect by analyzing the dimensions of the capability maturity model (as an independent variable) on organizational performance (as a dependent variable). For this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared that combines the research variables, consisting of (45) items based on previous standards and models.
