The Effect of Training Human Resources to Achieve the Competitive Advantage in Jordanian Telecommunications Companies: Zain Case Study

Abstract

The competition that organizations face has increased due to a number of changes that have occurred in their internal and external environments at local and global levels. However, this paper aims to identify training process and its effect on achieving competitive advantage at Zain Telecom Company in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire to collect primary information from the study sample of (180) employees of Zain Company, located in Amman city. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze data from collected questionnaires.
