Abstract

This research was carried out from October to December 2021. The government’s institutional performance in Indonesia is initiated to create professional, result-oriented, and accountable government institutions through the application of performance management principles, performance-based budgeting, and performance measures. This current research aims to examine the impact of bureaucratic integrity and bureaucratic loyalty on the government’s institutional performance, either partially or simultaneously. The approach employed in this current research is quantitative where its method applies ex post facto method, and the design used is causality
