This research was carried out from October to December 2021. The government’s institutional performance in Indonesia is initiated to create professional, result-oriented, and accountable government institutions through the application of performance management principles, performance-based budgeting, and performance measures. This current research aims to examine the impact of bureaucratic integrity and bureaucratic loyalty on the government’s institutional performance, either partially or simultaneously.
