Purpose: The research paper aims to know the extent of the impact of strategic entrepreneurship with its dimensions (entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial leadership, strategic resource management) on psychological marketing with its dimensions (motivation, perception, attitudes, decision-making, persuasion) in Iraqi communication companies (Zain Iraq, company Asiacell, Korek Company) Methodology/Design: The descriptive analytical method was used based on the questionnaire as the main tool for the research, as the study was conducted in three communication companies, The research community for the three companies consisted of 139 officials representing the heads of departments, directors of divisions and units in telecommunications companies.
