This study highlights the impact of strategic flexibility on entrepreneurial performance in the faculties of the University of Baghdad in Iraq. The practical side targeted to know this effect by analyzing the dimensions of strategic flexibility as an independent variable on entrepreneurial performance as a dependent variable. Also, the field study was used and applied to a sample of deans and assistant deans and heads of departments in the faculties of the University of Baghdad, and the number of the sample was (174), and the data was collected by means of a questionnaire .
