Purpose - to examine the influence of discipline on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Leuwigajah Village Office, South Cimahi District, Cimahi City. Design/methodology/approach – This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. This research is also cross sectional, that is, this research is only conducted in a certain period of time. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 20 software for windows. Data collection techniques were carried out by studying literature, field studies through interviews and distributing questionnaires.
