This study aims to examine the effect of motivation by leadership on employee performance at Parahyangan Residences Apartment in Bandung. The variables studied in this study are the Dimensions of Attendance, work discipline, cooperation, responsibility, work productivity. While the dimensions of Employee Performance are the quantity of work, quality of work, time utilization, attendance rate, cooperation.
