Abstract
The two researchers sought to know the correlation between moral courage and Organizational commitment among the employees of the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence through a set of objectives represented by identifying: 1 The moral courage of the employees of the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence. 2 The Organizational commitment of the employees of the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence. 3 The correlation between moral courage and Organizational commitment among the employees of the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence.
