The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work engagement of employees on the object of research and whether perceived organizational support, job demands, and job satisfaction variables can indeed affect work engagement. This research method is a quantitative method. This research was conducted in a retail company. The population of this research is 600 employees. The sampling method used is total sampling in which the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection techniques used the method of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires.
