Abstract

Humanity has witnessed and continues to witness many international crimes committed by human beings, whether in peacetime or in time of war. The crime of ethnic cleansing comes on top of these crimes in terms of seriousness, serious consequences, and negative effects that this heinous crime leads to, and therefore these crimes are not limited to eradicating human lives only, but also cause deep wounds and excruciating pain to the families of the victims of the crime, and the crime was not The subject of interest and denunciation of international law, especially the criminal part of it, but of all monotheistic religions, and it must be noted that international law did not include a crime in the name of ethnic cleansing, but only limits it to war crimes
