Being a language learner means that you are going to be a friend of dictionary for the whole journey of learning language, sometimes for the rest of your life specially if this learning in somehow becomes a part of your career. As it is, technology becomes part of everything in our lives, learning language and teaching language also have their shares of the technology. In the light of this study the electronic dictionary is the part of technology in learning language. In this study, the researcher tries to shed the light on the use of electronic dictionary among Iraqi EFL students in Al-Kitab university.
