Abstract

Waste PVC, which was formerly used to make plumbing, electrical fittings, mineral water bottles, and other items, is not biodegradable and presented a serious environmental risk that had a negative influence on the ecosystem. However, molten PVC provides a binding quality that may be applied again to bitumen, lowering the price of bituminous mix. Simultaneously, PVC waste recycling reduces the quantity of inert extracted from quarries, which often causes environmental issues, and saves disposal sites.
