Academician effectiveness evaluations are considered an effective mechanism for promoting growth in academia. This research aims to document literature concerning the factors that affect academician effectiveness. Academician effectiveness evaluations were implemented in thirteen Nigerian public universities spread over north-western Nigeria. The factors that predict academician effectiveness were examined in terms of the organization's motivation, social and communication climates through a PLS-SEM technique.
