In terms of authorship, the journal intends to apply and promote the practices defined by the British Sociological Association's Authorship Guidelines for Academic Papers.
Accepted manuscripts are edited by the journal, at the end of which they are returned to the authors (or to a representative designated by them) for approval of the version to be published. The authors are responsible for all claims contained in the article, including when they result from changes made during the editing work once these changes have been accepted by them.
The copyright of an article published in Res Militaris, in its original state or in translation into any language, is thereby transferred to the journal. In the event that permission is given to third parties to use the article for subsequent publication in a collective work or in another journal, the copyright gives rise to the payment to Res Militaris of a lump sum of €600
