Aim of the study: The primary purpose of this investigation is to identify and measure the relationship that exists between organisational culture management and performance. This study's significance lies in its examination of how organisational culture may impact individuals' performance within the company. The findings from this study will be applied to change how organisations now manage how culture influences their employees' performance. Methodology: To assess how an organization's culture affects its operations, people, and systems, a literature review is employed. 100 sample respondents were selected from the IT Sector using convenient sampling method.
