Abstract

With India's Consumer Economy's exponential rise in the retail market and internet usage, there are numerous opportunities for online shopping. To survive and exceed expectations in this competitive environment, e-tailers must understand consumer behaviour in order to personalise their product offering and ensure client satisfaction. This modern and convenient method of purchasing is becoming increasingly popular among people, particularly among tech-savvy millennials who understand that careful use of technology is required for a positive online shopping experience.
