The term "employee engagement" describes a staff member's dedication and enthusiasm for their work and the company's mission. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between employee engagement and job performance and to identify the factors that influence engagement. Considerations include compensation and benefits, workplace safety and health, annual reviews of employee performance, organisational success, two-way communication and leadership, a fair and effective grievance process, opportunities for advancement, and more.
