Abstract

We are observing a significant acceleration of the current Information Revolution. Traditional electronics, including cell phones, televisions, and automobiles, are evolving into more advanced variants known as smart phones, smart televisions, and smart automobiles, in that order. In addition, the Internet significantly facilitates intelligence. Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept that relies on internet infrastructure. "Things" are networked devices made feasible by internet connectivity. The Internet of Things (IoT) is anticipated to make a number of concepts a reality in the future, including home automation, wireless sensor networks, smart cities, and smart hospitals. Internet of Things (IoT) is the foundation of these ubiquitously present technologies. Because they rely on connectivity to transmit data, however, they have the potential to introduce numerous security vulnerabilities. The widespread dissemination of data resulting from the integration and monitoring of devices through the Internet of Things (IoT), which enables robust connectivity between computers and users, has the potential to increase risk factors. The adoption of the Internet of Things (IoT) has presented researchers with a variety of challenges. This paper examines the Internet of Things (IoT)'s central components and associated issues. Therefore, it is imperative that researchers conduct in-depth analyses of these factors in their impending projects, as doing so will greatly facilitate future research.
