For all democracies, the judiciary is the third and last pillar. Judiciary's role is to ensure that those who have been wronged are given a fair trial and, most crucially, to provide that remedy. Since people have developed novel approaches to committing crimes and exploiting legal loopholes, it is more important than ever that the judicial system provide swift justice to the victims of these offenses.
