Abstract

This paper aims to examine how CRM technologies handle customers' information and protect it in a manner that allows the integration of A.I. Given the continued integration of AI in CRM; data protection has become crucial. This paper aims to describe how CRM tools operate with customer data, consider the effects of privacy policies, and describe examples of real-time usage.
