Abstract

In economic activities, labor is an essential factor of production. As a result, wages are a significant cost for manufacturing companies that employ human labor. The research focused on finding guidelines for motivating wage rates in the economy of the country to motivate personnel with non-financial compensation. Executives from Thai industrial business firms were the population used in the qualitative section. Human resource managers at Thai industrial companies were sampled using a multi-stage sampling technique for the quantitative portion.
