In realizing good governance, the government must develop public service innovations through Big Data, which are considered capable of making available services more effective and efficient. But behind this potential, the contribution of Big Data technology in the government field is also considered to be still lacking in improving public services, so this study aims to find out more about the contribution of Big Data technology in influencing government public service innovation.
