Abstract

Background India's pharmaceutical market is currently valued at $50 billion. Over 200+ countries are served by Indian pharmaceutical exports, making India a significant pharmaceutical exporter. Human resource management encompasses a wide range of procedures such as compensation, promotion, and performance evaluation. The goal of this study is to see how these three human resource practices affect perceived employee performance.
