The purpose of this paper is through a combination of descriptive, comparative and analytical methodology to address the way of gaining ownership in Kosovo in order to create a critical attitude on this issue. As the most important part, the legal framework in our country and the legislations of countries that had a similar problem, which have concluded this process, have been addressed.
