The MaxiBrick- RBM-02 Automatic machine is an interlock Brick- molding machine, with alternative raw materials such as concrete materials in general, soil and sand, the remains of destroyed building materials, solid industrial waste, and many other alternative raw materials. This machine works with a hydraulic press system with a pressure of up to 25 tons. To achieve the daily production target that has been set, it is necessary to have a stable and efficient engine performance, so scientific calculations must be carried out to be able to see the level of effectiveness of the MaxiBrick- RBM-02 engine, so that more accurate maintenance Res Militaris, vol.12, n°5, December Issue 2022 760 planning can be carried out on the factors that often cause downtime occurs. This study aims to measure and determine the level of effectiveness of the MAXIBRICK- RBM-02 Automatic machine by using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and find solution, to achieve an engine effectiveness level of more than 85% based on OEE calculations.
