This study is aimed to 1) develop a standard of performance evaluation for staff graduating from formal and non-formal education in tourism, 2) develop an instrument to measure the staff's performance, 3) describe the profile of staff's performance, 4) evaluate the performance of staff graduating from formal and non-formal education in tourism in Bali, 5) obtain an effective model (structural and measuring model) concerning with the performance of staff who graduated from formal and non-formal education in tourism, so it can be applied in order to improve the quality of service in the tourism industry and 6) find out whether or not there is a distinction in performance between the staff graduating from formal education and those graduating from nonformal education.
