A framework for professional development encourages and helps educators acquire the knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and convictions needed for their intended roles in the classroom, school, and community. The goal of the current study was to determine several approaches to teacher professional development in accordance with NCFTE-2009 and NEP2020. The notion and significance of professional development for educators were also included in the study.
