Satisfaction and Self Confidence on Clinical Simulation Experience among Undergraduate Students at Selected University in Ajman, UAE

Abstract

Simulation-based medical education involves the use of techniques that help replicate real scenarios that health profession students will come across in the clinical areas. This research sought to investigate the mastery that students are able to gain, and the comfort experienced after undergoing simulation training. Methods Totally, 352 undergraduate students in various disciplines of the health care professions like Nursing, Medicine, Dentistry and Health Science Programs at Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE were selected for the study based on a set criteria. Two Standardized Questionnaires were used to collect data.
