This research investigates the leadership style and organization culture on employee readiness to change with mediating role of employee commitment to energy management in petrochemical sector in Egypt. The objectives of this research are: to recognize the effect of leaderships style on employees’ commitment to energy management; to identify the effect of the organization culture on employees’ commitment to energy management; to assess the effect of employees’ commitment to energy management on their readiness to change, using structural equation modeling.
