This study aims to determine the factual model (prototype) of Teaching Factory (TEFA) management which is oriented towards entrepreneurial skills of students in Vocational High Schools (SMK). TEFA is a way of learning for students to provide direct work experience through a learning process that collaborates with the industrial world so that it will improve entrepreneurial skills and industrial culture, through a governance system. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely an approach that emphasizes analysis on numerical data that is processed by statistical methods.
