It is essential that parents should be conscious of their responsibility in helping shape their children’s daily lives. It was also discovered that students who saw their parents as democratically-oriented excelled in academics. It means, in order to better guide their children and parents must embrace a democratic parenting style and put it into practice every day. To effectively implement this strategy, parents should encourage their children to participate in activities that reflect their unique skills.
