Abstract

Purpose The study aims to investigate the influence of SHRM on job performance and the mediating roles of Chinese government policies on insurance companies in China. Effective SHRM is essential in improving efficiency and gaining competitiveness for a corporation. Thus strict adherence to the best SHRM practices will pay significant dividends for enterprises.
