The objectives of the research are: namely: identifying the types of Betawi Ora culinary in Bekasi, and conducting a representation test to classify Betawi Ora culinary in 3 categories, namely familiar, recall and unknown. The research was conducted in the city of Bekasi which consists of 12 sub-districts. Observations and interviews were conducted to identify the types of Betawi Ora culinary in Bekasi. And the questionnaire was distributed to 30 respondents (in each sub-district), so that the total value of respondents was 360 people. The analysis used in analyzing the results of the questionnaire is descriptive statistical method.
